• Wenr to subi markets too hot weather for patisserie I am from alsace and we do not sell patisserie in open market ! Was hesitant to buy any here in alsace we use a lot of cream therefore not adequate for transport food We make also alsatian patisserie at home My friend Michele did recommend to try yours Maybe in the winter Good luck

• The Paris Brest was really delicious❤️
• The quality was magnificent
