Guchie Mas attended at Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2014 as an exhibitor. The trade fair was held in Jakarta - Indonesia last October 8-12, 2014. We met so many potential buyers and also its a chance for Guchie Mas to build a good relationship with the customer at this event. There are so many customer join with us in our booth with full of memorable friendship feelings. Its been an honor for Guchie Mas can met all the buyers and explore about their needs for taste. STAR ANISE Contains some of the important plants derived chemical compounds that are known to have been anti-oxidant, disease preventing, and health promoting properties. The chief component that gives the characteristic sweet, aromatic flavor to anise is anethole, the essential volatile oil present in the seeds. Other important compounds found in these seeds includeestragol, p-anisaldehyde, anise alcohol, acetophenone, pinene and limonene. The seeds are an excellent source of many essential B-complex vitamins such as pyridoxine, niacin, riboflavin, and thiamin.
