Specialty GAYO ARABICA COFFEE "Specialty Coffee" is a term commonly used to refer to "gourmet" or "premium" coffee. According to the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), coffee which scores 80 points or more on a 100-point scale is considered "special." Special coffees grown in climates with a height of 1200-1700 above sea level, it has been considered an ideal height, and distinctive because of the full cup and little or no disability. Unique flavor and outcome of the special characteristics of the composition of the soil in which they are produced. Typical aroma with Flavor (flavor) and complex viscosity (body) is strong, making very attractive Gayo Arabica coffee markets of America, Europe and Japan.
