• Were so impressed with the service
• The drivers were professional and friendly they all bought us bottles of water
• Tidy condition with working AC
• Hippo Cabs customer service called me during each trip to make sure the drive was going well
• Most economical and with in the 5 Hrs
• Would like to appreciate the best services provided by Mr
• A confirmation was finally received at 9 am to tell that the vehicle is on the way and will be arriving late by an hour
• We have been trying to get is touch with the driver who is not picking the phone and Hippo Cabs who has no answer
• Several commitments were done by Mr
• They are cancelling my cab with silly reason that the road is closed
• In actual no roads are closed and I have also cross checked with the Kedarnath Helipad staff
• Very Very much disappointed with the services of Hippo cabs

• Our family member is about to reach airport but we have received sms that booking is cancelled
