On the menu now - 12hr marinated jackfruit meat in chili ginger garlic soy and slowly baked to get the tenderness and juiciness ?

Customised vegan cake We made this cake for a member of our team on her birthday. If you?re a citrus fan- this cake is right up your alley ? with a delicate vanilla sponge, generous amounts of yuzu + lime curd, blueberry compote and slivered almonds for the lightest crunch- this cake is bursting with flavours. We?ve kept the cake simple and have used some lovely fresh accents to decorate the cake- such as fresh blueberries, some lovely yellow orchids and br?l?ed limes. ?
