You all know about Grand Sweets which is running for more than four decades and are known for quality for their sweets and snacks
Many order swets and snacks for the marriages and never was a time when we received a broken mukukku or spoiled laddu or athirasam

When the goods were received at Bangalore at the stipulated time
Though some articles were in good conditions
Thattai and one more snacks were found to be broken to powder and mini badusha also was missing
I received a letter from Grand Sweets stating that they are arranging for the 'REFUND OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF Rs
3210.67 and same will be credited to my credit card account" That was a surprise as well as shock to me as the cost of damaged goods were not even 25% of the total refund
I immediately wrote back to them stating as I had consumed the other articles which were in good condition
The reply received from Grand Sweets is furnished betow which explains why they are always Number One
I wish there are many organisations who treasure their customers and their goodwill and my esteem for Grand Sweets has increased 100 fold
