Juices being made today ready for programmes to start this week ! End of January, still not 100% We ALL need not only a detox but a 'self check' from time to time ... i'm100% guilty of it too . Running from social occassion to high stress environments & poor choices really take their toll on us all . Mind, body & spirit need to be aligned to really feel great & juicing, i feel, ferlx likd you are really caring for yourself. Nourishing & resting . I love Juice . I will be doing 3 days along with you all this week as i felt so good last week & i am still not convinced i managed to get rid of the heavy metals and parasites i was aiming for last week :) .. msg or text to book on today ( ?15 a day ! )

Sometimes even I forget just how awesome juice is Following 3 weeks if 'exotic' *fried food traveling . Christmas excess , an operation so no training i was feeling really tired, low, teary, unmotivated & uncomfortable. .. i'm on day 4 of a 6 day detox now ( thought best whilst im not training hard..) and my energy is through the roof, i have my patience back with the kids and my brain is working again sometimes, as the calories are deffo under you daily needs your sleep can be interupted . I find a spoonfull of manuka honey (above 20+ta) and tumeric before bed is perfect ?

Starts 1st december !!
