Bellas Gelato Shoppe

Bella’s Gelato Shoppe was the vision of wanting to get back into the restaurant industry but without the brick and mortar building. I was in the restaurant industry several years ago and owned a successful restaurant in Orange County California. I've been a private pilot for over 20 years and for the last 5 years was working for an aviation company and international airline in the Tucson area. I've missed the industry for a few years and was trying to come up with a plan on how to get back in to the business. I have a passion for Gelato and there was nothing in Tucson that had mobile Gelato serving customers the same way as a Gelateria does. That's when I started designing a mobile Gelato vehicle and trying to work out all the details. And that is how Bella’s Gelato Shoppe began. I wanted the customer to experience the same as they would in a Gelateria, so I designed a custom retro looking trailer with an 8ft window opening and a high quality Gelato display case. You can taste a variety of flavors from the amazingly decorated Gelato and Sorbetto and choose the flavor you like the most. There will be standard flavors and also rotating flavors of the month.
