I wanted to take a moment to thank the community of Rehoboth Beach for an incredible 7.5 years. I am excited to embark on a new journey as the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A in Milford, DE. I will forever be grateful for my time in Rehoboth and all the memories created with you all and my awesome team. Congratulations to our Back of House Top of the Herd employee, Logan! Logan is a huge asset to our store. He is always willing to help. Logan always seeks to do his best. He also encourages his team members as well. While you may not always see Logan, as he works in the back, his smile and positive attitude are contagious!

⭐️ Leadership Spotlight ⭐️ Meet our Front of House Director, Courtney Evans! Originally from Milton, DE, Courtney recently moved back to the area after spending several years in South Carolina where she met her husband and started a family. She worked at a Chick-fil-A for 2 years in Easley, SC and upon moving back to Delaware, was eager to continue to work with Chick-fil-A here in Rehoboth Beach. Courtney recently celebrated her one year anniversary on our team and for the past 9 months she has served as the Front of House Director. She has an incredible work ethic and has worked hard to pivot the focus of our Front of House Team to Drive-Thru only operations in the midst of Covid-19. She has grown tremendously as a leader over the course of the past year and not only has helped grow the business, but also has developed meaningful and impactful relationships with her team and community. The thing Courtney enjoys most about being a leader here is, “That I can have an influence in our business at a high level and also leave a positive footprint in the lives of our team members.” Courtney is pursuing a B.A. in Business Administration from Liberty University and is going to continue to grow and learn here at Chick-fil-A Rehoboth Beach as she has hopes of one day applying to be a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time with her family, including her husband Jason who recently accepted a position on the team as the Business Coordinator, and their 3 kids Allie, Maddox and Charlotte. She also plays piano and enjoys leading worship at Water’s Edge Church. We are so thankful for Courtney and her family and appreciate her incredible work ethic, leadership, and love for Chick-fil-A Rehoboth Beach. Thank you, Courtney!
