Hi Rich Elixirs Fam!
I know we may have some new faces around & wanted to introduce myself & share a little about Rich Elixirs!
For those of you who may not know me, my name is Brooke Rich, the owner of Rich Elixirs.
Rich Elixirs began as a hobby & passion project. We brewed kombucha in our garage for several years. As I went through some health issues we realized how much probiotics helped my body and wellness overall, and this urged us to want to share our kombucha with others to enjoy. We began on a small scale of bringing our kombcuha to our friends and families gatherings. After seeing a good response and connecting more with others, we knew we should start this as a business!
In the summer of 2018, we decided to start Rich Elixirs officially. With no investors, we started from the ground up, working multiple jobs to make this business come to life! It felt like a huge risk, but we knew this was something we wanted to invest in. Not only did we want to share our product, but we wanted to cultivate a welcoming and loving community along with it.
Rich Elixirs opened its first storefront in Costa Mesa in November 2018. Now, two years later we did the same thing we did at the beginning with no investors, just hard work (& amazing people) to get our second location open!
Owning a small business is very challenging, especially during these unprecedented times. Sometimes you feel like you can never compete with bigger brands that are in hundreds of stores around you.
BUT something we know we can bring is the quality, passion & community. We brew in house, none of our ingredients are artificial (that’s why you’ll sometimes get a drink that has a little extra ginger ;), flavors may run out but thats because we do fresher and smaller batches as often as we can.
Our goal is to try our best to make our product & our environment something you want to come back too. Hard work is placed into our business & I hope this Christmas that you turn to your local small businesses who are working tirelessly to keep their business open, and put love & care into their products.
We keep going because of all you loyal and loving customers!
