• At $30.00 for a couple just to sit in the theater and see a movie on a weekday evening (during a period when many consumers are experiencing difficult economic times)
• You would be wrong because that is clearly not the case
• The present staff is frequently rude and dismissive
• The staff repeatedly ignores their patrons and often acts as though the customer is an annoyance to them
• The theaters are not cleaned and ready for seating when the theater's own display system reports the theater is ready
• The reason the theater is not ready on time is because the employees inside are joking and carrying on (as unsupervised teens with no self discipline will do) instead of doing their actual jobs
• My significant other managed movie theaters for years and the actual cost of bulk popcorn to the theaters is minuscule for their $6.00 popcorn compared to their other operating costs
• The staff wouldn't provide us with a free popcorn
• At the time we were able to quickly resolve that issue by engaging the manager on duty
• Wasn't that the terms of the (we thought binding) agreement Roadhouse entered into with the customer when the customer purchased the t shirt
• Just how does their "policy" of making us pay additional money for what was supposed to be a free refill of popcorn eliminate their "concerns" for COVID 19 viral transmission
• Roadhouse's "policy" is nothing more than a Roadhouse scam
• My significant other and I have had it with this overpriced entertainment lie
