Happy New Year!!! I know we are a little late in posting this, however, I wanted to take a minute to thank all of our great employees and customers! 2018 was a great year for our company and it is all possible because of YOU! This past year we opened 2 new businesses, Serial Grillers Houghton and Craft, A Modern Drinkery Beer & Wine Bar. The reception has been amazing and we couldn't be happier. We wanna wish everyone a prosperous year and thank you again for being part of this with us. We aren't a company that uses paid marketing for our restaurants and I want to share with you how your support and word-of-mouth has grown our food truck into 3 restaurants and a beer and wine bar. - Serial Grillers Speedway Sales up 20% in 2018 - Serial Grillers River Sales up 50% in 2018 - Serial Grillers Houghton opened September 13th, 2018 - Craft, A Modern Drinkery opened November 3rd, 2018 We can't thank each and every one of you enough. I would like to extend my help to any entrepreneurs looking to get into the restaurant business, or food truck. Maybe it could be as simple as running ideas past someone who has been through it all, or using some commercial kitchen equipment to test your menu. NOW HIRING! We are looking for stand-out employees for our new concept opening next week! We are opening a taco and burrito shop on Broadway/Pantano and still need 5 employees.
