The highlight of our menu features a full pound and a half of premium Alaskan Red King Crab served with clarified butter, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and grilled lemon. This dish pairs perfectly with a glass (or bottle - we don't judge!) of buttery B Side Chardonnay. Nothing brightens up the day like a handcrafted signature cocktail. Our Mt. McKinley Margarita can’t be missed, but if whiskey is more your thing, The Manhattan Project is a win-win featuring Bulleit Rye Whiskey, Carpano Antica, and cherry bitters garnished with a decadent Luxardo cherry. The view from our covered deck isn’t bad either. Cheers! .

Our ribeye is cut by hand and quick-cured with a coffee rub then topped with a bourbon cream sauce made with mushrooms and maple bacon. Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, this delicious entree pairs well with a robust glass of red wine (we recommend Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon for a bold combination).
