• Had the worse experience with this establishment
• I decided to do take out this one time and my food was horribly prepared
• The steak sandwhich was missing ingredients and the shrimp on the shrimp Poboy was so dried out and rubbery that the sandwich could not be consumed
• The food is supposed to be made to order but you can tell from the texture and cold shrimp the meat was sitting for a while that was placed on my sandwich
• I contacted the restaurant and was told I could come back another day and get another sandwich prepared after my name and number was taken down
• I came back the very next day and was told I could not get my sandwich remade as was initially told
• When I requested a call from the owner the owner decided to argue with me instead of addressing the issue of the poorly prepared meal ect
• The owner took no pride in his business in regards to the food that was being prepared or the way that concerns are addressed
• The customer service and disrespect received by the owner was appalling as a business owner
• The lack of training on store policies and customer relations/ service is poor by the staff and owner
• I would normally purchase three or more sandwiches at a time but the way I was treat as a customer by the owner was unacceptable and I will be taking my money else where
